POLICY ON RETURNS AND REFUNDS

This Return and Refund Policy applies to purchases made through the yibaimkmarket.com website or any of the company’s mobile applications.

While it is our goal to find an acceptable agreement between buyers and sellers, this Return and Refund Policy applies in circumstances when that is not possible.

Yibai Mk Market fulfills orders.

This section of the Return and Refund Policy pertains to Yibai Mk Market purchases that are completed by Yibai Mk Market directly. Below are the specifics of the policy for orders fulfilled directly by marketplace sellers.

Eligibility for Returns and Refunds

The following are acceptable grounds to return a product unless other restrictions apply as mentioned in the appropriate product category sections below:

* Product or packaging is faulty/damaged or not as advertised/described

* Incorrect items are supplied

* Order is not distributed according to agreed-upon shipping method or address

 * Products are counterfeit/fake (perishable products are not included)

* Order specifications differ from agreed-upon requirements

* “Near expiry” indicates the product should have a minimum of 6 months shelf life on delivery if the shelf life is longer than one year; if the shelf life is shorter than one year, the product should have a minimum of 25% shelf life on delivery.

 * Change in pricing during fulfillment (if you make an order and the price is changed/not updated by the seller)

* Delivery delay

* When a product you ordered from Yibai Mk Market becomes unavailable by our sellers (marketplace)

Period of Return

You have 14 business days from the day the goods were delivered to you to return products, excluding perishable items (for example, fresh food).

How to Begin a Refund

To begin a return, send an email to Yibai Mk Customer Support at support@yibaimkmarket.com with the following information:

* Order or transaction ID

* Order value and

* Reason for return

You must explain the cause for the return and refund in the request, as well as provide documentation to back up your claim (for example, pictures or reports from third parties).

The Yibai Mk Market Customer Support team will create a Return ID, evaluate the claim, and provide you with feedback within 48 business hours of receiving the email.

If your return is covered by the Return and Reimbursement Policy, the relevant steps will be followed and your refund will be executed.

Returns Packing and Shipping

Please carefully repackage the item in its original condition, including all original packaging and materials, when returning it (instruction manuals, accessories, etc.) We have the right to refuse a refund if a product is returned as new but has clearly been used, marked, tampered with, or damaged prior to its return. The collection and delivery process will be performed by the Yibai (GPS) System or the marketplace seller if the transaction took place within the Yibai (GPS) System. There will be no additional shipping charges for the buyer.

If the transaction took place outside of the Yibai (GPS) System, the collection and delivery will be handled by the overseas seller. Depending on a number of criteria, the buyer or the international vendor will be responsible for delivery expenses.

After you have launched the return request, you will be notified of the collection process, timing, and fees.

How Will You Get Your Refund?

If Yibai Mk Market fulfilled the order, we will arrange for the products to be collected and the order to be screened in its facilities. If an item is returnable, the purchase price will be reimbursed to your account using the same payment method as when you made the purchase within 7 to 14 working days of the refund being approved.

If the marketplace fulfills the order, the seller will follow the same steps. The refund period varies, however it typically takes 7 to 14 working days from the moment the refund is approved, depending on the payment type and the seller’s internal standards.

PLEASE NOTE: Cash-on-delivery (COD) orders are not eligible for returns or refunds because the products should be inspected at the time of delivery.

Marketplace Sellers Complete Orders

Additional restrictions and conditions (for example, “non-cancellable” and “non-refundable”) may apply to purchases placed through marketplace vendors and fulfilled directly by sellers, which should be mentioned on the product page. When you place an order with a third-party seller or marketplace, the seller will receive your return and refund request. While the majority of sellers follow Yibai Mk’s guidelines, others have their own. When placing an order, please read the policies of each individual vendor.

Policies that are specific to each category

Liquid Products

All Liquid products are eligible for a refund if they meet the following criteria:

* Product has melted or thawed, product is obviously off, spilled, damaged, or has physically deteriorated (if frozen).

* The goods were received in an unusable/unsellable state.

* Products that have expired or are about to expire (if the product shelf life is longer than one year, the product should have at least 6 months shelf life on delivery; if the product shelf life is shorter than one year, the product should have at least 25% shelf life on delivery), must be within 60% shelf life to be accepted by the buyer, incorrect description or item that differs from what is described in the PDP: flavor, weight, and other characteristics.

PLEASE NOTE: To be eligible for a refund, Any Liquid product must be rejected by the buyer at the time of delivery. Photographs must be emailed/shared with Yibai Mk Market as soon as possible at support@yibaimkmarket.com. A refund will not be considered if there is a delay of more than 48 hours.

Office Supplies All office supply goods, including all original packaging and components, must be returned in their original condition (instruction manuals, accessories, etc.). There is no tearing or marking.

Any item that has been used or is damaged will be rejected.

Electronics for Consumers

Consumer electronics cannot be returned unless one of the following applies:

* Counterfeit

 * Re-used

* Manufacturing flaw

 * Missing parts

Unless there is a manufacturing flaw, Yibai Mk Market will deny the refund and return the product to you if the product has been used, or the original seal has been removed.

The original box, information booklet, and all other accessories must be returned if the product does not work due to a manufacturing flaw.

Personal Care and Health

Health, wellness, and personal care products cannot be returned unless one of the following applies:

* Damaged

* Expired/near expiry (product must be within 60% shelf life in order to be accepted by buyer)

* Used

* Fake product

PLEASE NOTE: That hygiene goods and medical treatment products are not returnable.

Fragrances & Beauty

Beauty and fragrance products cannot be returned unless one of the following conditions is met:

* Damaged

* Expired/near expiry

* Used

* Fake product

 Automobiles cannot be returned unless for one of the following reasons:

* Fake

* Used

* Manufacturing defect

* Missing parts 

 The original packaging, information/instructions booklet (if any), and all other accessories must be returned if the product is not working due to a manufacturing defect.

If you have purchased a defective automotive item from yibaimkmarket.com that is protected by a manufacturer’s advertised warranty, Yibai Mk Market will either replace the item or refund the purchase price.

Construction and hardware products are not returnable unless one of the following applies:

* Fake

* Used

* Manufacturing defect

* Missing parts 

The original packaging, information/instructions booklet (if any), and all other accessories must be returned if the product is not working due to a manufacturing defect.

If you have purchased a defective item from yibaimkmarket.com that is protected by a manufacturer’s published warranty, Yibai Mk Market will either replace the item or refund the purchase price.

Accessories & Fashion

Fashion and accessory items cannot be returned unless one of the following applies:

* Counterfeit

* Used

* Damaged or otherwise altered prior to delivery

Apparel products can only be returned if they are new, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original packaging, with all labels and tags intact.

All product packaging (boxes, manuals, warranty cards, and so on) as well as authentication, grading, and appraisal certificates must be returned with the item.

All product packaging, as well as authenticity, grading, and evaluation certificates for precious jewels must be returned with the item.

Shoes, sunglasses, watches, bags, and luggage must be returned in their original packaging, with all tags attached.

Any items returned without the original paperwork will be returned to the sender.

Home & Garden Home appliances and furnishings can only be returned for one of the following reasons:

* Damaged

* Fake

* Used

* Manufacturing defect

* Missing major parts

* Wrong item 

Unless there is a manufacturing problem, Yibai Mk Market will deny the refund and return the merchandise to you if the product has been used or the original seal has been removed.

The original box, information booklet, and all other accessories must be returned if the product is not working due to a manufacturing problem.

Returns on home and garden products are only allowed if the product is unopened, undamaged, and in its original packing.

Used, altered, assembled, or installed products will not be accepted unless they are defective.

Fitness and Sports

Sports equipment cannot be returned unless one of the following applies:

* Damaged

* Fake

* Used

* Manufacturing defect

* Missing parts

* Wrong item 

Sportswear can only be returned if it is unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in its original packaging, with all labels and tags intact.

Shoes, glasses, watches, purses, and baggage must be returned in their original packaging, with all tags attached.

All product packaging (boxes, manuals, warranty cards, and so on) as well as authentication, grading, and appraisal certificates must be returned with the item.

Equipment & Machinery

Machines and equipment cannot be returned unless one of the following conditions is met:

* Damaged

* Fake

* Used

* Manufacturing defect

* Missing parts 

The original packaging, information/instructions booklet (if any), and all other accessories must be returned if the product is not working due to a manufacturing defect.

If you acquire a defective item from yibaimkmarket.com that is protected by a manufacturer’s published warranty, Yibai Mk Market will either replace the item or refund the purchase price for the duration of the published guarantee.
