1. About Express/logistics:
By default, YTO Express is sent (if the default express delivery fails, please contact customer service in time. If the express delivery fails to be delivered without contacting customer service, our company will not bear all the expenses incurred) our company has the right not to ship oneself remark express. If you need to send SF Express or logistics, please consult customer service first to make up the difference.
2. About delivery:
Generally, the payment will be sent on the same day before 13:00 on the same day (if the goods are out of stock, the message will be notified in time). If the payment is made after 14:00, the delivery will be arranged the next day (except holidays) due to the large shipment volume, our company does not accept urgent items, please understand!
3. About refund/exchange: (communicate with customer service and be sure to fulfill after-sales obligations within 7 days from the date of receipt)
A. About color difference, smell, thread ends: the products are all taken in kind. Due to the difference between lighting and display, the color and contrast will inevitably be different. Some bags will smell a little. Generally, they can be eliminated after being placed in a ventilated place for a period of time, or they will be gone after being used several times. C. About quality problems or wrong delivery:. Please check the out-of-stock and quality problems when signing for the goods. If the goods are out of stock, please take photos and contact customer service in time. If the goods are out of stock, our company will regard the goods as complete and will not handle the replacement. If there is any quality problem, please contact customer service in time. If you need to exchange the goods, please pay the postage yourself (if the express delivery is sent back to our company, our company will reject it). The freight sent again shall be borne according to the requirements of the platform.
D. We have the right not to perform the return and exchange service for goods that are improperly used, washed or damaged by human beings. Please take care of yourself.
4. Return/exchange process: (return and exchange within 7 days from the date of receipt)
A. For returned and exchanged goods, the buyer must bear the freight and do not refund all the freight after the goods are delivered.
B. Dear friends, please be sure to pack the original goods when returning or returning the goods to prevent secondary damage during transportation.
