1. As soon as you received the blender, please add some water inside the container to test, DO NOT run it without anything inside as it’s a bad try for the coupling system, DO NOT grinding dry ingredients over 1 minute.
2. Like buy a new car it will has some smelling, it’s totally normal situation, when you using at the beginning it may have some smelling even slight smoke comes from motor, but don’t worry, that because the new motor gets heating up lubricant which coated on coils, it will goes away after few more times use. Thanks for your attention.
3.The Jar is NOT dishwasher safe!!!

    For the price, this is a really good quality machine! I ground a cup of linseed to powder within seconds at the lowest power setting! The body of the machine and the blender pitcher are lightweight plastic, I’m used to seeing heavy glass, but I cannot complain at this price point. I highly recommend! Comparable quality to a Vitamix machine for 700 euros and up. In addition, item came very quickly.

    Very fast delivery in less than a week in good package. The blender is very powerful and has one plastic recipient for 600ml and one for 2000ml. My previous blender had heavy glass and broke when I dropped it during washing. I tested the blender at minimum power and was better than the maximum of the previous blender.
